Wells Fargo Rewards Transfer Partners: Current List and Ratios

Wells Fargo Rewards had ten observed transfer routes as of August 12, 2026, but only six were corroborated in our data.

These are base ratios, not temporary transfer bonuses. Wells Fargo can add partners, remove them, or change ratios, so check the transfer screen in your account before relying on this table.

A 1:1 transfer turns 10,000 Wells Fargo points into 10,000 airline miles, while a 1:2 transfer turns them into 20,000 hotel points.

That makes the arithmetic simple:

The larger hotel-point total does not prove that Choice or Wyndham is more valuable. Hotel programs set their own award prices, and one hotel point can be worth less than one transferable point. Compare the points required with the refundable cash price for the exact stay.

Cathay, Choice, Flying Blue, LifeMiles, Virgin Atlantic, and Wyndham are the six transfer routes corroborated in our graph as of August 12, 2026.

The three Avios programs and JetBlue were observed on the same date but remain unverified. Treat those four as leads to check inside your Wells Fargo account, not as guaranteed transfer options. Their observed minimum was one Wells Fargo point.

Aer Lingus, British Airways, and Iberia all use Avios, but that shared currency does not remove the need to confirm the direct Wells Fargo transfer route you plan to use. Account-linking rules and transfer access can differ by program.

Transfer to the program that can book your specific trip for the lowest acceptable combination of points, cash charges, and restrictions.

Flying Blue and Virgin Atlantic can price their own flights differently from partner awards. LifeMiles and Asia Miles can also expose different partner pricing and booking rules. The airline operating the flight does not determine which program offers the best deal.

For hotels, compare Choice and Wyndham against the cash price rather than choosing solely because both receive points at 1:2. A cheap paid night may not justify transferring any points.

If you do not have a specific redemption ready, keep the points with Wells Fargo. Transferring speculatively gives up flexibility and leaves you exposed to a loyalty program changing its prices before you book.

Confirm the award on the loyalty program's own site before moving any Wells Fargo points.

1. Search the exact dates, route, cabin, or hotel you want.
2. Check the final points price and all taxes, fees, or surcharges.
3. Confirm that the required partner appears in your Wells Fargo transfer screen at the expected ratio.
4. Transfer only the amount needed for the booking.
5. Repeat the search after the points arrive and complete the reservation.

Award-search tools can help identify possibilities, but their coverage is incomplete and cached results can be stale. A 2025 comparison of award-search tools found that individual tools regularly missed bookable options. Use more than one tool when the trip matters, then verify directly with the loyalty program.
